The 1st weekend of the 2011 Central VA Wrestling League is now over and here are the results according to the home teams:
Powerhouse beat Greene 55-9
Greene beat Louisa 30-18
Powerhouse beat Louisa 60-15
Cavalier Wrestling Club beat Madison 42-9
Cavalier Wrestling Club tied Orange 39-39
Orange beat Madison (score still needed)
Gladiators beat Warriors 47-18
Culpeper beat Gladiators 54-18
Culpeper beat Warriors 86-25
Gladiators definitely did not tie 18-18 with Culpeper.... Score was 54-18 Culpeper won big, not proud to comment but I coach Gladiators, and we definitely do not have the overskill these guys have. We would love to be their someday but Saturdsy the 8th was not that day...
